User Agreement

Welcome to Fulco (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Fulco application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Fulco, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

1. Eligibility

Fulco is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. We do not knowingly permit or provide services to minors.

2. Description of Services

Fulco is an AI character dialogue application that allows users to:

• Engage in conversations with unique AI characters, each with its own personality, background, and story.

• Create original AI characters by setting custom images, names, personalities, and personal introductions.

• Randomly generate character names or attributes for creative use.

The App is for entertainment and creative interaction purposes only. AI responses are generated automatically and should not be interpreted as professional, factual, or personal advice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or are used for unlawful purposes.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share within the App, including custom character data, images, and dialogue (“User Content”). By creating or uploading such content, you grant Fulco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it solely for providing and improving our services.

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Violates laws, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights.

• Contains hate speech, explicit, violent, or discriminatory material.

• Misleads, impersonates others, or promotes harmful behavior.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or legal requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Fulco—including its software, AI models, text, images, and interface—belong to Fulco and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

Your custom characters and dialogues remain your intellectual property; however, by using the App, you grant us permission to process this data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Fulco, you agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

• Attempt to exploit or manipulate AI behavior in ways that violate this Agreement.

• Interfere with App operations, security, or servers.

• Collect data from other users without consent.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Privacy

Your use of Fulco is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully:

8. Disclaimers

Fulco is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. AI-generated content may be fictional or inaccurate. You agree to use the App at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from your use of the App, including interactions with AI characters or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulco and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fulco at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. Updates will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
